Your event is booked once we receive a signed event agreement and your initial deposit. Your date is not reserved until both are received. All events are booked on a first come first serve basis.

Our Azalea Room has a seating capacity of 200 guests with an area for dancing. Our Biergarten & pool deck can host 300+ guests.  However, Idlewood can accommodate over 500 guests by utilizing our indoor and outside spaces.

Yes. A licensed & insured event planner/coordinator is required for weddings that exceed 100 guests. While Idlewood Venue offers a preferred in-house event planner, you are welcome to bring in your own professional coordinator.

Yes! Our Azalea Room can be used for your ceremony. Your day-of event team will work with your coordinator to adjust layout seating and decor as needed.

Idlewood Venue will take care of all your catering and bar needs. Our in-house executive chef, experienced bartenders and full-service event staff are ready to provide your guests with an upscale dining experience.  

Idlewood Venue offers custom menu and bar packages designed to fit your specific event needs.

However, you can bring in your own dessert or wedding cake.

Absolutely! While catering and bar services are handled by Idlewood Venue, we do allow all other outside vendors. All vendors must provide a certificate of liability insurance 30 days prior to your event.

We can handle most special meal requests. Let your Idlewood sales team know of any guests with specific dietary needs or allergies.
